Promises unkept.

The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was great.

I ordered the hotel solely on the premise that there was an amazing pool and hot tub. After paying full price and asking where the pool was, I found out that the pool was closed and we were not able to use it. There was no mention of it before we booked the stay. Furthermore, in the special requests section, I put that I would like a bouquet of fresh flowers and some dark chocolate left in the room before we arrived. I was emailed back by booking and said that my request was no problem and would be done. It was not done to my dismay. All of these expectations that I wanted in my stay were not met .

Excellent

The staff was very helpful and polite.The buffet was so good and fresh hot .The choice of food was amazing.

The tv on the dresser couldn't be seen by the second bed.it should be mounted on wall between beds so both beds can see tv.

I really enjoyed this location being close to downtown- near the lake, great shops and fun events

Great hotel for families, but expensive.

The location is great and the amenities are top-notch.

Some of the key-activated locks were broken which was frustrating when trying to get in other doors besides the front. It’s also extremely expensive in the summertime.

Very comfortable and enjoyable. Please introduce proper plates, bowls and cups!

Breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the whole property.

I don't like the use of plastic utensils and juice cups. Throwing all of that stuff away each morning felt very wasteful and bad for the environment. An ATM machine would also be useful.

staff was good

pool was dirty the sides hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and was just filled with pool chemicals instead of cleaning it! was put in a handicap room! bed was terrible and I mean the parking lot would have been better plus booked a king and got a queen!

One elevator was out of service. But, with the use stairs and a slight wait, all inconvenience was avoided.
