It’s a great property lots of space for guests that is well maintained. It has a nice beach vibe. Great place for families and pets. Units had everything needed for the stay. Staff is super friendly and accessible. Would definitely recommend great value with the pool.
It’s obvious that they are working hard to make some upgrades. If you are wanting to walk to the beach the bridge is pretty old I think
They are waiting on a permit to rebuild. Was not problematic for us as we prefer to drive onto the beach and the access is very close by.

There were huge spiders in the bedroom so we had to sleep on the couch. Wifi was very spotty. Horrible parking situation.
