The location was great! Loved the staff very peaceful! Room was spacious

They charged me a deposit on my service dog when by law they are not to be charged! Owner watched me use they're washer that was broken and wasn't told had to ring all the clothes cuz the rinse cycle didn't work so tried dryer it worked but they were soaked so they weren't drying so needless to say after spending $12 at hotel trying to get my clothes dry I had to put them all back n my laundry bag&go spend another $20 rewashing &drying my clothes at the nearest laundry mat. What got me when I got back is when I was asked for deposit 3days after I checked in why wasn't it done at check in why because it wasn't brought up until I went for breakfast??? Not only that I look at the washer &it then has the broken parts on it so they let me spend $ knowing it was broke especially while the owner watched ring the water out of all my clothes was very disappointing &then to hit me the deposit after that I feel it should be refunded. The breakfast needs to be a little more that waffle maker 5 cereal cups &coffee it's a hotel full of guest has enough for at least ½..the room was good only thing was floor turned our socks black& my lil dogs paws were black nice floors for not being mopped right &refrigerator was full stains

They over charged me $50 extra for 2 rooms , and they have breakfast in almost nothing 5 yougurt, 5 pieces mandarins cups , and the machine waffle and they not have butter in is just offering 5 syrup we are 4 adults and 3 little kids…. Plus more people
