It was a beautiful property and we were right on the river with a balcony.
On the website for booking.com it said they had breakfast. When we arrived they told us there is no breakfast.

There is no breakfast.
There were no stirrers or anything to mix coffee with milk/sugar in the morning. Would be nice to have fresh milk along with the containers of cream.

No food served at the hotel but we had an excellent breakfast at the Putney north of the hotel.
The view from the room balcony of the Connecticut River was spectacular and the residential walk was nice.
Coffee on the first floor was a nice touch

No breakfast served. Would have loved to have a little cocktail area on site as the location and view were phenomenal! But we had a little balcony and made our own cocktails and sat outside for the incredible view.
We loved our entire stay!
