We couldn't hear any outside noise while in the cottage and looking down at the marina was fun. Our cottage was clean and way more spacious than some of the more expensive smaller places.
Having to leave it was quiet and fun and made our first trip to Bransom awesome

These are full tiny houses. Great location. Store on property with everything you could need. Fairly decent privacy with a screened in porch. Chipmunks under house that come out early in morning to play. You can't hear them at all but so neat to watch.
