The stay was ok. Breakfast was fine.
With a bit of training the Staff could have been helpful and courteous..
The hot tub and gym was not working during our stay..

The fact that it was a good value for the money. We low our expectations and didn’t disappointed. They did change the shower curtain and wash it so that was a bonus for me
The fact it was far away from the center. Overall not a bad stay at all. They cleaned the room very late compared to every hotel I’ve been in so every time they cleaned the other rooms we already came back so our room hasn’t been cleaned at all

The room and beds were comfortable. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated. Parking is in an underground garage and felt safe.
We stayed on the first floor and the person in the room, I think floor boards, above us (not their fault) was extremely loud and squeaky every time they got up to walk. I was up early in the morning due to the noise the floor boards would make when the upstairs neighbor was getting ready. I tried communicating that to the front desk and supposedly, we were going to be moved to a different room, but that was never communicated to us, nor did we get compensation for that. The breakfast was not good. There was no variety with the food and was very generic. The hotel is in a sort of desolate area, which is fine, but there is nothing around.
