Terrible experience

Only one working elevator. Had to wait at least 10mins just to leave. Got charged a smoking fee when there was no smoking in the room but yet the halls of the hotel smelled like weed. Reserved oceanfront room but got stuck with side ocean view. 10/10 don’t recommend this hotel.

We would have NEVER stayed in this place if knew of the issues going on.

The room was good.

The view has ROPES hanging off the building and overlooking a construction site. Water was dripping down onto our balcony (when it was not raining) so you could only stand on part of the balcony, and it splashed all over the window. Filthy handrails on the balcony. The elevators were a complete joke. One was down (with no notice). The maids got their carts stuck coming out the elevator one time and just laughed (we had to help move it and we missed the elevator for that). WE would have never stayed there if we knew about the construction view with ropes and the one out of two elevators being down. The price we paid for that view is ridiculous.

Would not Recommend

The cleanliness and comfortable beds and the Bar

IM NOT USUALLY ONE TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW BUT I WANT TO TELL THE TRUTH….. A.The pool is closed and we were never informed until after check in when we figured it out for ourselves B.There is ropes hanging off the building C.Housekeeping started banging on the door at 830 and every 30 minutes after even though check out is at 11 D.The balcony is the size of a triangle for one person with a side view when I booked an ocean view E. You have to wash the sand off of you in the outdoor freezing pool bc the outside showers don’t work F. When we complained about the pool which is the only reason we booked this hotel they told us the information was sent in an email that was non existent G. Only one elevator works (would take u less time to walk down 8 flights of stairs)

Memories were made and more to come

EVERYTHING! The breakfast buffet was delicious with numerous items to choose from! The bar/lounge had tasty margaritas and ice cold beer along with a relaxing atmosphere! The oceanfront balcony had a wonderful view of the Sunrise/Sunset)! Front Desk Staff were amazing and very welcoming! This was my first visit and it most certainly will not be my last!

Waste of money.

On the beach

We don’t know there was construction and the bathroom was dirty and pee all over the toilet. The room also had roaches. We will probably never stay there again.

Short stay it’s always under construction and price never reflects advertised

Water pressure , it’s always under construction, drinks start at 10$ for bottles , got a text from mgmt asking if all was okay and I said no - no response ! Next day same text , same answer , same response ..why even text ! Booking shows food starts at 12$ for a buffet there’s no Buffett and a 3 egg omelette no cheese is 18$.. bogus when I brought it up the employees laughed and said everything is a lie here..

Overall it was ok.

Breakfast was just ok, same thing everyday on the buffet.

Balcony didn't have chairs. Railings are too far apart for small dogs. Couldn't let them out there.

Didn’t have to leave property, could eat at hotel. Had good food options.

Beds were hard. Had an issue we’re we paid for breakfast in advance with our reservation, and the hotel said we didn’t. Had to go get my phone to prove this and it took two trips to the front desk to get it handled.

Family friendly that was fun for the whole family!

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The kids loved the pools and close proximity to the beach! Everyone we encounter during our stay was friendly and welcoming!

Note pads and a pen in the room would be a nice touch for making notes.

I loved how clean everything was. Service was fast and friendly.

Paying 65$ for my family of 5 to eat a standard hotel breakfast. It may have been my own neglect for not reading or knowing.

Your room will never be cleaned during your stay

Location

Our rooms were never cleaned daily and we had to call multiple times to request for towel, shampoo and conditioners. We had three rooms in total. The staff never responded to our inquiries about cleaning the rooms, additional towels or conditioners. The location was awesome with close vicinity of beach, restaurants, bars, etc. but would never stay at this location due to the cleanliness of the hotel.

We have stayed here several times, and are never disappointed! Always clean, always comfortable. BEST location!

LOVE the proximity to the beach! While we didn’t bring ours, you can also bring your dogs!

It would have been nice to be able to eat outside, but there was not enough staff yet. (but we DO understand it!)

Overall a very good and relaxing stay at your hotel.

For an oceanview room, liked the view from the east side, see sunrise from room. Beach is clean and beautiful at this location. Beach access is easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Oceanfront room would have been great if available.
