The location was near a Walmart. Check out time was 12 noon. Staff was very courteous.
They were short staffed on Sunday for brunch service. Everything wasn't available for their menu as I was the first person there.

This is an older bare bones motel. It was clean and it looks like it’s maintained. The insulation between rooms is poor. The second floor might be better. Considering the prices and availability of rooms in or around Hamilton, our destination, this was a decent value for a Saturday evening in the summer. It was nice that you could open the window partially for fresh air. There was ample towels, soap, and shampoo. There was a coffee machine, microwave and small fridge. The room was spacious with a sofa in front of t.v.
The insulation was poor. We were on the ground floor and could hear every move those above us took. Try for an upper level room. Even before I cracked the window open, the outside traffic was a bit loud. I wanted to get some ice for my water at checkout (7AM) but the door to the office was locked. The plumbing sounds from other rooms was quite loud.
