We love the place and would definitely go back.

Location was great. Staff friendly. Like all the room. Didn't use the kitchen but would be handy if we stayed longer.

Spa bath in bedroom broken. Had part of the broken chrome sitting on the tub. You can take a bath but don't use the spa bubbles because it shoots onto the floor. I'm sure it is most likely not in every room on the property but ours was broken. Should have a sign on it that it is out of order. Also, on this tub the hot water valve was cold water and the cold water valve say's hot water. Feel bad because we forgot to leave a tip for cleaner.. We were there because we had been taking care of father in hospital and had family here to watch him while we get away for a couple of days. He ended up dying 2 days later after we got back so our minds were thinking a lot about him while there plus on phone with doctors a lot and we forgot to leave a tip. Felt bad about that. Room was clean.

Will not stay again. Misleading advertising.

The house was not what we rented online. Very misleading. We rented a house on the water, got servants quarters. Landscapers worked out of our house/garage. One bathroom for 6 adults. It said two online.

No mouse traps on kitchen floor. More dishes. Had grill but no utensils. No ice machine in fridge. None of the furniture matched.

The view from the villa was spectacular! There’s no room in the kitchen to store snacks or use the minimal counter space as the microwave and coffee maker are on it. The beds were comfy but walls are thin and could hear anyone walking by or hanging out in the condos while we slept - even with the windows closed. It got cold at night even with heat on so wish we brought slippers.the cost was a bit steep for 2 nights but you pay for the best view of the lake!

Again just a charming place. Loved the staff

The staff was wonderful and the townhome was charming. The view was very nice and was very relaxed during our stay. We went to the main house and enjoyed that as well

Fantastic family gathering swimming, boating at The LAKE we've loved for 50+ years!

Location, facilities, boat dock for our boat. We have stayed at Sun Castle many times for over 30 years. Remember Robert Woods. Just Love the LOCATION and FAcilities even though much has changed and buildings have GROWN extensive through the years!!!!!!! The bathrooms were improved! Televisions in each room was an improvement! The air conditioners were great! Happy that the villas has been updated!

The condition of my villa's deck, steps, door should have been improved....painted, fixed, cleaner, there was a mess of soil before climbing our steps, thus I expected the landscaping to our approach could have been in better condition, especially for the price of our villa!

The Chalets need updating.

Loved the location and the staff was great. They moved us immediately because we had some problems with our unit. The townhouse was great ! Pool was great ! Kayaks and exercise room were a huge plus !

The chalet we initially booked had an ill fitting storm door and the whole unit was filled with flies and a kitchen not updated since the 1950s with a rust filled door on the Fridge. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean but the last family’s kids handprints all over the windows so it could have been cleaned much better. When we got to the townhouse there was only rocks for a sidewalk and it was filled with mud for the whole week. Also the townhouse was missing a tv remote and did not have internet tv so Netflix. But beautiful in every other way!

Repeat Vacation Destination

We came here 2 years ago, and we loved it. We decided to go back, to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. The location is AMAZING, and worth the price. We are so happy just to sit on the deck and look at the lake. There are tons of places to eat and shop, and activities to do, right down the street! We are absolutely coming back again!

Beautiful Resort. Was quiet and relaxing for us.

View beautiful. Room nice. They had a wedding that day and at night there were fireworks set off on the lake right outside our room! Awesome!!! Very quiet during the day which was relaxing. Looked like we were the only ones there but it was a Monday and in mid May. I'm sure the place is booked solid after Memorial Day.

Nice view but not worth the money.

The location was great.

Sun castle No ice cube tray No ice cube tray. Only one parking space per and overflow very full. Villa 2 parked in our spot. No batteries in TV remote. Toilet all yellow. Water backs up in bathroom sink. Pictures in listing are not of the villa. False advertising Didn’t take our towels or bring new towels. Deck was disgusting. Luxury prices for just a par room.
