My room was on the top floor and end of hall, so very quiet. Shower had 2 shower heads! Very comfortable bed.
Roswell seemed pricey when I booked. Didn't have much choice though. The curtains were dirty and there were a couple lightbulbs out. The bottom towel on the rack appeared to have mold on it. Not positive but it was odd looking, for sure. The elevator was very slow.

No butter available.
I asked for some and was told they did not have any.
When I went to check in the employee at the counter was rude at first when I said, "I checked in online".
He told me you can't check in online, and that people tell him that they did and argue with him and he yells them with that attitude they can just get out of his hotel.
I waited for about 5 seconds to respond so I wouldn't say something rude back.
When I responded I just said I think I just used the terminology and that I made a reservation online.
Normally I would have just left and found another hotel, but I was too tired.
He did chill out and was fine after that.
Just a change in delivery and less attitude when informing me about not being able to check in online would solve the problem.
