Comfortable beds small room great breakfast
They charged my room from booking before checkin and caused an issue with my account when I booked it said I use another card to check in but that option was not allowed. Booking and the hotel tried to blame each other. They need adjustable desk chairs does not work for shorter people. Small room for that much money.

The breakfast was great the best part of the stay. The restaurant hostess was outstanding.
The room was to be handicap room, but there was not a decent chair for a handicap person to sit in and there was no walk-in shower. The bathtub is impossible for handicap people to get into.
Then the last night of our stay, the phone rang at midnight and then rang again at 12:30 then ran again at 12:45. I proceeded to get dressed and go to the desk to let them know. They told me all they could do was for me to take the hook off the phone we did that so we could sleep the rest of the night. Then when we got ready to leave the next morning just as we were about to walk out the door we put the receiver back on the phone and again it started to ring. The night hostess said that she would report this to her manager when we asked the desk that morning. They said they didn’t have any information about what happened.
