After paying for my room in full on Booking.com the charged me again in the amount of $250 and they didn't respond when I sent an email questioning this. They are hard to reach on the phone.

I loved the location and the room was cute. Staff was helpful.
I didn’t like the $250 hold they put on my card i still haven’t gotten back. Also didn’t like the fact the air conditioner and fan were broke in the room the first night and we had to sweat all night with no sleep at peak summer in nola. They didn’t offer to comp the room that night which is crazy to me. They comped parking which both should’ve been done. They gave us a room the next day to stay in while ours was fixed. Which was nice. Still, i don’t feel i should’ve had to pay for a hot room the first night.
Bed was hard.
