Location and kitchen
Floors were dirty, and our feet got dark walking barefoot.
We had a room off Esplanade. It was loud at night from the music from cars driving by sloooowly.

Great space. Steps are a little rough for older people, however the staff took our luggage up and brought it down as well. Staff was very friendly and informative about the area. We won't hesitate to stay here again.
Stairs was a bit much. But it won't stop us from staying again.

the convenience of the location to the quarter/places to explore on foot! the view from the balcony was also great!
aside from the hotel is the parking situation...we opted to pay for private lot parking offered by the hotel. My jeep got the window busted out and a few things stolen of little value...i was more upset about the fact that i will have to replace my back seat windowđ

I loved the location and the room was cute. Staff was helpful.
I didnât like the $250 hold they put on my card i still havenât gotten back. Also didnât like the fact the air conditioner and fan were broke in the room the first night and we had to sweat all night with no sleep at peak summer in nola. They didnât offer to comp the room that night which is crazy to me. They comped parking which both shouldâve been done. They gave us a room the next day to stay in while ours was fixed. Which was nice. Still, i donât feel i shouldâve had to pay for a hot room the first night.
Bed was hard.
