The hotel is lovely, with an amazing view, excellent facilities, and large, spacious rooms. There was an issue during my stay that really wasn’t acceptable, but the hotel staff understood the situation and handled it very well. They resolved the problem and made everything right, which completely changed my experience for the better. Because of the way they handled it, I decided to extend my stay and book a few more nights at the hotel.

I liked the location and amenities.

I did not like how the concierge treated me. I ordered food on uber eats and upon delivery instead of just putting it in my room they cast it away. When I was asking them about it they seemed dishonest about it.
