Clean
Hispanic staff member didn’t give correct information about parking lot being painted and when we would be able to park our cars, we also asked him for ice and he said there is NO ice but we went up to second floors and there was ice!! So frustrating. He was Hispanic and well dressed in slacks and a vest with long sleeved white shirt and I wish I could remember his name but he was rude and should NOT be working in hospitality as he was far from hospitable. He works the DAY shift. The black guy that works the front desk was VERY NICE and so was the heavy set white man that checked us in I think his name was Matthew.
