The location, ambiance and history of the house, my room, and staff. Hot water for the bthroom.

Our room itself was clean and it was very convenient for walking to different places. A parking spot also came with the location.
I am a light sleeper and find it difficult to fall asleep if there is noise. The walls are very thin and the doors in the shared hallways were constantly being slammed. We had a main level room and you can hear every little noise from the neighbors above. The only time I saw a worker was at check in. The place didn't seem to be monitored regularly by staff. Also when we arrived, the only window was closed and the fan that is provided read that it was 86 degrees in the room. It took more than 8 hours to get the room to cool down even with us placing the fan in the window. Not sure why windows would be closed knowing a guest is checking in. We were unable to spend any immediate time in the room as it was an oven. The price is also very overpriced for what is received. Will not be staying again. Highly recommend staying in Astoria vs the Seaside area.
