Enable and great staff

Location and comfortable

Internet was slow and sometimes spotty, the TV had issues and wouldn’t change the channel correctly, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, and the electrical power in the bathroom would fluctuate. Having said all this I was offered a different room and I declined as I didn’t want to have to move all my stuff. So, the staff did try to accommodate me.

It was a decent stay. The daily breakfast was good too.

Clean facility.

The iron and the blow dryer were both broken. They worked, but they were beat up.

Chose hotel on arrival in Denver Airport for location to Red Rocks and Lookout Mountain.

I always look for low crime areas, this was a very clean, safe area. Staff was on the spot.

Electrical short in bathroom light. Not a big deal to me. Maybe a little more breakfast option, but food was good

Nice but could reasonably have been better without being perfect. We may not stay there again.

The suite was nice and roomy. It was nice and thoughtful to have a note posted on each door that they were short staffed due to Christmas. Heater was quiet. Nice to have a pool and hot tub. 2 of 3 staff we met were nice. One staff was not friendly or very good with customer service. Dog friendly at a comparatively reasonable price.

Unresolved charge discrepancy as of now. One staff was quite unreasonable. Shade was frayed. Some electrical outlets did not work. Bathroom light flickered. Bed coverings are too restrictive.

Superb

Room was very spacious with full kitchen queen bed and sofa bed. Plenty of space for people and luggage. Staff was very friendly and even let me check in two hours early because I was traveling in the evening and wouldn’t be back until late at night.

Quiet location. Centrally located for ease of access. Was visiting our daughter in Golden but also traveling to CO Springs one evening for an event.

The room and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was horrible and seemed like it was just left overs from the morning before. The breakfast sausage was so dried out and disgusting and we went down there for breakfast by 6:15. Very disappointing

Very Clean, Staff was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back the only bad thing I can say was the beds were not quite big enough

I would stay there again and always recommend the Golden Nugget to friends and family.

Breakfast was good first morning, second morning very limited amounts were put out so you thought they had nothing then a few more came out but was gone before you could get it. I guess you had to ask for it before it was made.

Beautiful, great location, clean in common areas and very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!

Unfortunately there was a large, sticky spill on the carpet in the middle of our room. Not sure what it was, but pretty unpleasant to step on with barefeet. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and really loved the mountain view from our room.
