Lance, the General Manager, was outstanding. Very personable and accommodating, going above and beyond. Many of the other staff members were also very helpful and pleasant. We liked being able to see the mountain range from our window, and it was nice to be able to walk through the neighborhood with many interesting stores and restaurants. We also appreciated the complementary breakfast buffet, which always had many good choices available. Parking was also easy and convenient. It was great having a Target with a CVS right next door! We really liked having a kitchenette in our unit! Even though we didn't cook, we appreciated having the extra sink and access to utensils and cups!
The pool could have been a bit cleaner, and every time we used it, there were very loud and boisterous young people there, so it wasn't very relaxing. Not that you could have done much about that. It's just a reflection of the culture we live in now! No respect for others. We forgot to mention to staff that the dishwasher in our unit was not installed completely. When you open the door, the whole thing tips forward out of the mounting. I think we were in #5011.

This is by far the best property, I've ever stayed. The staff is outstanding the facilities are excellent. I am lóoking forward at staying over there again soon.
I had an issue with the window shades; weather I didn't know how to use them or they did not work; I was not able to bring the down there were workers on the other side ,and the sun hits directly on the windows .

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Breakfast was outstanding, and the location was absolutely perfect. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance!
It was odd to have to stand in a cold shower to reach the controls and wait for it to warm up.
