Staff was kind, pool was indoor.
Towels never stocked in the pool area and had to ask front desk each time. Breakfast only goes until 9am when almost every other hotel is 10am in my experience. Was not informed of breakfast hours at check-in so assumed usual time of 10am. The nice woman cleaning the breakfast area was sympathetic to my husband and young son that went to eat breakfast at 9:30am and let them still prepare/eat food that hadn't been put away. She said it used to stop at 8am (WHAT?!?!) but so many customers got angry (for good reason) that they extended it until 9am, which is still too early in my opinion. The hot tub didn't work and that was not disclosed to us at any point by staff and had to be disappointed after discovering (main and only reason we booked this hotel was due to an indoor pool and hot tub). The lighting in the room is AWFUL and good barely see at night even with all lights on. The room was stayed in needs at least 2-3 more lamps or something.

Did not get room I requested when I booked. I asked for top floor facing front of building.
Air conditioning seemed weak. Fan did not blow strong even on high. Took forever to cool room down for me. I had to use my portable fan to cool myself down for the first hour. You did not have a room with walk in shower for an old man (me). It hard to get in & out of tubs anymore. Plus not even an easy chair to sit on except the uncomfortable desk chair. My visit last year was better. Plus, some rock band in the area incited you to raise your nightly rate $50 higher than last year. Unforgivable & greedy.

Location, convenient to hwy and lots of food places.
That parents allow their kids to run up and down the halls after 10 pm. All families with kids should have to stay on the bottom floor so that there is noone under them to keep awake.
