Location was perfect
The place didn’t look very clean, specially the bathrooms, the mattress was not very comfortable

beautiful location with free parking. Great range of people who were all super friendly. Huge kitchen and common space to hang out in. Met a friend and we spent the whole day together.

Beautiful views and by the water which was nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Kitchen and seating space is huge which was nice. They have laundry for like $1. They have a tv and movie like seating area. Snacks by the door for sale if you don’t wanna go to the store. They have cubbies for dry food and a lot of fridges for cold food that you need to label.
Initially I was in a bed that was by the window and ants were crawling all over and by my bed so I asked to move to another bed and the staff was very nice and accommodating, they helped me no hesitation, no problem. The windows stay open all day pretty much until it gets cold at night so bugs tend to get in. There was a huge mosquito bigger than my hand in the bathroom while I was showering and ants as well.
