The breakfast was nice except there should be more watchful staff because there is some disgusting people that were making awful messes and 1 person making 3 or 4 waffles at a time while im standing there waiting. When I was heading to the lobby to checkout there was some type of liquid all over the elevator floor that smelled like urine. I did take video of it and placed one of my room towels over it so nobody would hurt themselves and let the receptionist know about it immediately. Wednesday morning when I went out to the pool area the water was filthy, even plastic floating around in the pool and trash scattered all around. I actually picked up all the trash myself and placed it into an overflowing trash can that was in the pool area. But atleast the trash was off the ground. When I first checked in I asked was there a blow dryer and was told yes yet once I got to my room there was no blow dryer so had to call and do a "double check" directed by the receptionist and then leave my room to go and get a blow dryer. I was there at the hotel due to a family emergency and needing to be closeby the hospital ,HCA West On Richmond Ave. Other than that staff was great, there's just some things that need to be smoothed out and also needs better housekeeping. The room was full of dust too which gave me the ick.
Cleanliness needs to be better.

Around 12am, people banging on the door, ask us to open the door. Initially I thought they knock on the wrong door, but they keeps banging. My husband went to the door look through the peephole. 1 each on the side, 2 at the middle, black guys with angry looking, keep banging on the door. We did not open or talk to them. Finally they left. In the morning. My husband complains to the front desk young Chinese la dy. She said she personally escort them out. My husband said: you personally escort them out? I do not believe you.
I think you are in with them.
