Good overall.

Location. Breakfast. Housekeeping.

No umbrella for loan. Bed is too soft. Shower head in the middle, not end of the bathing area. Floor always wet after shower.

Hotel muy prolijo y agradable en pleno barrio chino de Queens, cerca de LGA

La habitación tiene la medida justa y el espacio está muy bien aprovechado. La decoración me resultó muy agradable, ya que le da prioridad a la practicidad y comodidad del viajero.

Hay un servicio de shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto de La Guardia que supuestamente funciona las 24hs pero para que te busquen en el LGA hay que llamar x teléfono, y esa logística puede resultar complicada para los pasajeros extranjeros. El desayuno es un poco escaso y termina muy temprano.

It was the perfect place to stay for a one day trip to the city.

The staff was extremely accommodating. The free shuttle to and from the airport is so convenient. There are a lot of food places a few blocks away from the hotel.

The breakfast was okay. It was very basic.

Breakfast had everything the traveller would want. Tasty food, good coffee, wide selection all present. Tables were clean and tidy. Room was spacious, spartan, but certainly adequate. Cleanliness of bathroom was excellent. A/C fan was so noisy had to shut it off the hear the TV.

Took a modern, GPS equipped, $150 taxi from Brooklyn Cruise Terminal to address 133-42 39th Ave Flushing 11354. GPS delivered us to the opposite side of the motorway where we couldn’t locate address. A call to hotel number didn’t help as staff couldn’t explain why our correct address did not bring us to your entrance. Warn travelers a taxi’s GPS system may not find hotel address. Instruct staff how to instruct drivers to get to your location. Must cross that motorway to reach the opposite side where address exists.

Comfortable and affordable.

The staff was amazing. I love that you have an intern program, we met several of them.

Location was noisy and hectic. But I’m sure that’s everywhere in NYC

My stay was ok.

We loved the location and the spacious room.

the breakfast needs a better variety of foods. Also the maids need to make sure everything is cleaned thoroughly and stocked.

Excellent service, beautiful hotel, great accomodations.

Loved the location, close to subway, great neighborhood. Quick taxi ride to the airport. Staff was excellent and took excellent care. Rooftop restaurant was a great setting, limited menu, but good food and beautiful views. Lastly, and most importantly, I arrived to the airport and realized I had left my passport in the room safe. I grabbed a taxi back on the way called the hotel. The front desk staff ran to my room and had retrieved my passport before I even got back to meet me at the door when I arrived! I was so grateful and appreciative of the help in getting back to the airport quickly!
