Definitivamente disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. La propiedad estaba impecablemente limpia, el personal fue muy amable y atento, y nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y olía delicioso. La ubicación es excelente, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Además, la vista fue simplemente espectacular. Nos encantó tanto que ya estamos planeando regresar. ¡Una experiencia increíble! Sin duda. (El Restaurante del tercer piso súper recomendado )

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and our room was very clean and smelled amazing. The location is perfect, with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. The view was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and are already planning to come back. An amazing experience—!

The receptionist at the front desk is quite nice. They introduced things clearly and were very enthusiastic.
Although the parking procedure is a bit complicated, overall it's still acceptable. It just makes us feel a little unaccustomed. We need to hand over our car keys to their staff, which makes us a bit uneasy.
One night in the middle of the night, we heard a man pounding violently on the door of a certain room. The noise was extremely loud and he was very rude. Later, we heard him talking to a woman, which made us feel very unsafe.
The room cleaning and maintenance are really poor. The handle in the shower area is broken, yet no one has reported it and we can only make do with it. The shampoo dispenser in the shower doesn't pop back up after being pressed, and no one has taken care of it either. What's even worse, the housekeeping staff didn't place bath towels on the floor for two consecutive days.
The surrounding environment is rather bad. When we drove here, we couldn't see the hotel entrance at all. Eventually, we ended up in front of a restaurant. Only after asking the restaurant staff did we know that the small red door was the hotel entrance. It's really hard to spot from the outside. The surrounding area is also rather dirty and messy. Maybe it's because it's in a Chinatown. Overall, the environment is a bit subpar. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
