The hotel wasn’t busy at all… oddly empty. We most likely won’t stay there again

Very clean and festive for Christmas. Organized room and plenty of towels.

The staff seemed bothered by us and seemed like extra effort to check us out. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, as well as the housekeeper. The other desk staff seemed irritated.

Disappointing! Not worth the money.

Location

Dingy. No soap provided for sink or jacuzzi tub. You had to go into the shower and use a pump dispenser in order to wash your hands. No fridge or ice bucket or ice machines.

Meh, not worth the money

Location

Too expensive,construction outside of our window was very loud, old and outdated room, no refrigerator or kitchenette in whirlpool suites. Too much money for no amenities.

A nice hotel.

I like the location of the hotel.

Our room door battery died. There was soap on the glass in the shower. Room door was open when we arrived at the room.

Lousy stay!

Location for sites and restaurants.

The noise - music til the bars closed and loud people! Tried to nap during the day and there were construction workers outside our windows!

Location, Location, Location!!! We really appreciated the view from our room as well as the rooftop!

Couldn’t beat the location and the view! Also really enjoyed the rooftop bar

Based on where our room was, we had loud music coming from the restaurant/bar area late into the evening 2 nights in a row. Music was louder on Friday vs Saturday but it was past midnight when the party was still going disturbing our sleep. I think you need to better soundproof the rooms if you are going to allow for the public to enjoy the establishment late into the evening.

Disappointing

Walking distance to shops

Staff was rude and did not guide us at all. We had to ask where the elevator was and how to get to our room. We had to pay for parking to be their guest!

I would only stay her agin based off location but other than that you could stay somewhere cheaper and with more flexibi

Less than thrilled for the price

The in hotel restaurant was great service and great food. The live music was fun as well.

When I stayed I had a room with a whirlpool tub but the cold water on the faucet didn't work and the jets for the whirlpool didn't work either. I was disappointed as that was our Valentines get away.

Say was disappointing but in a crunch could stay again.

The location was fantastic for our activities. Its in the best location for walking to main street.

Room was very old, it was a 1 queen size bed in this gigantic room. Old furniture, dark and outdated in main room. Bathroom was clean and functional but lacked counter space.

Location was amazing. The room was spacious and loved the giant windows. Very pretty.

The heater in our room. When the fan turned on, was Incredibly loud and very disturbing.

Nice location!!

Very nice! It was close to shops and restaurants.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, no support at all and very lumpy they could use a new one! Windows are very thin. Very noisy outside.

Location, rooftop, Charlie’s bar dinner and breakfast

The chairs in our room were all broken, no cushion, broken backs. The pull out couch was horrendous! Not really a bed for 2 adults. For $363.00 should have functional chairs and a decent bed.

location was good but the room was not.

the location

some of the rooms must have been upgraded. the room we stayed in was not great- items from the previous guests were left in the room, the TV was not viewable from the bed, the lamp shades had tears in them. Not the end of the world but not worth the price.

This hotel is a great stay for the price, location, and service, along with being a historical building.

The location is absolutely perfect, being right in the center of downtown SW. Each staff member was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and the fireplace added a nice touch.

I have no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant

The room (208) was quite a disappointment. The ceiling looked like it had been repaired recently with completely mismatched paint color. The tub surround was in poor condition. Ther extra bed closet was just a box attached to the wall with wallpaper. The bathroom shelf was attached with black drywall screws. It literally looked like $89 a night room. The furniture looked good but were very uncomfortable. Except the bed. The bed was great.

Please think twice

The bed was comfortable. The convince of the location.

The bathroom fan had to be on and was very loud. The shower was dirty(hair and mold in the shower)everything was old and falling apart. The room was very dark so getting ready as far as putting on make up was next to impossible. Parking was an extra $20.00 per day on top of the inflated room rate and you were not informed of this until check in! Over all I would not recommend this hotel for the price point and the cleanliness of the rooms.

The view and location was fantastic. Had we had two beds, it’s would have made it better. The room was way overpriced

Location

Room was advertised to sleep 4 but their was only one bed. Their was a pull out couch but it was so uncomfortable nobody could have slept in it. Thankfully, we brought some air mattresses to sleep on. 4 adults would not have fit in one bed.
