It was one block from the beach, pool on the top floor, short walks to restaurants and brew houses and the room was quiet. Subterranean parking for guests is available which is a plus.
The beds could have been more firm, which is my preference. Right outside our room, across the hallway in the wall was a vent blowing hot air straight into our room as we opened the door. I don't know what it was for. A/C exhaust is always taken outside, and this was not humid air. I told the reception desk that I directed louvres upward so the air would not blow into the room. He was not aware of the vent and was gracious and apologized. No big deal in the end, just a minor nuisance.

One block from beach. Very clean and friendly staff.
Next to railroad tracks. Only affect a few rooms. They offered ear plugs or sound machine. After one night you do adjust to the sound.

Clean very close to the beach I will be using the Hotel across the street in the future
Next to the active train track no hotel chairs or umbrellas at the beach for hotel guests
