It was clean. Staff provided things we needed. They were friendly.
I had to ask for coffee for the coffee maker and then instead of giving me the type pod for the provided coffee maker, I was given loose coffee grounds and a filter that didn't fit. I was able to make it work but was not provided creamer. The description says continental breakfast was provided but the office was locked. We were comfortable and it was quiet so overall, it was fine. We stayed here several years ago, when it was run by an older couple, and the rooms were so much "homier". The hotel is very old and in need of an upgrade. I'm not sure what type of detergent they use but the towels smelled like listerine or mothballs. Did not like that.

It was quaint and had vintage character. It was easy to access, parking was good, and the front desk staff member was pleasant, personable, and accommodating.
Even though it had vintage character, it was obvious that our room had either not been used or cleaned well in awhile. The floors were sticky ( like someone used dirty mop water when cleaning), the bath tub had a large area of dirty soap scum at the head of it ( I bought some bleach/ disinfectant, and cleaned it myself…..including the toilet), and the light and towel fixtures were covered in old, sticky dust. Most of all, the overwhelming smell of moth balls was as I stated, overwhelming.

Mostly the location. Closest place to stay near the showgrounds. My room was clean and cooled off. Bed was comfortable. Had a good size microwave and a bigger mini fridge. Nice LVP flooring
It had a Coffee maker but no packets to go in it. Shower head had a leak but functioned.
