The lovely buildings and grounds, the smartly (elegant but not at all stuffy!) decorated interior, the welcoming professionalism of the staff, the comfort of the room, the terrific location, the luxurious and thoughtful 'extras' (big and small) that delighted us and made us feel welcomed.
The bedside lamps were functional and attractive, but we would have enjoyed two bright and focused bedside reading lights... we are nighttime readers!

Great location, excellent room and the food was amazing. The service from the staff was exceptional and I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here as it was close to Boston for our flight the next day.
