Everything. It was super clean. The view over the canal was really nice. The pans and pots were stainless steel which is a plus. It was quiet. We had a lovely stay.
I didn’t like the pool situation. It was advertised that they have the pool with a partnered hotel however is not disclosed that is a 55 min walk to that hotel. I don’t know if this was just something temporary. But we ended up not using the pool.

Location, size and cleanliness of the room
Hot water was bot available all the time. Not that the shower was cold but just lukewarm sometimes compared to other times that it was very hot if i want it to be

Very close to the beach, which was great! Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable.
I experienced an issue during check-in because, due to heavy traffic, we arrived in the evening. At no point was I informed that the Front Desk would be closed, especially since the website states that it operates 24 hours a day.
The phone numbers posted at the entrance connected me to another location, and the person who answered was unable to assist me. I tried several numbers without success until another guest kindly helped me access the locker, allowing me to retrieve the temporary key card and finally enter my room.
Since I had already completed the online check-in in advance, I did not expect to encounter this situation. We arrived tired after a long trip and ended up spending nearly an hour outside the room before we were able to resolve the issue.
My recommendation is that the after-hours check-in instructions be communicated clearly and proactively during the online check-in process or by email. This would help prevent other guests from experiencing the same inconvenience.
