The property was huge and I absolutely loved that it was right on the river! Not to mention the 11 mile trail right there! It was such a great location I’ll definitely be back!

The staff
One not-so-friendly older front desk lady that said 'if you check out one minute past 11:00 am, I would be charged an additional (50$?).' Fortunately, when I asked another friendly front desk clerk, they said Noon would be no extra fee!

I hadn't stayed at a best western in a long time. It was very clean, the staff welcoming and breakfast was great. The property is a little dated, but the rooms are comfortable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
The carpets in the hallways are pretty worn and have stains in many spots. It has rather low ceilings. But overall very clean.

The beds were comfortable and pillows
NO HOT TUB. No towels in pool or room until we asked no elevator and extra small bathroom. 5/10 won’t stay here again.
