Nope never again

The staff was awesome! The beds was comfortable.

The room was disgusting, out dated, moldy smell along with actual mold. Cigarette smoke smell, burns in sheets and comforter. I got bite by a spider over the night as I was sleeping. The bathroom over head light was bad didnt light up bathroom enough. The pictures online are fake. Needs a serious improvement overall. Not ever planning on a return visit. Trust the reviews

The area is no good. The rooms were very small ceiling with hole and falling down parts of it.

Got there at 10:30pm and checked out at 2:30 to 3am. Asked staff to cancel my next day reservation.

Ac did not work and the unit was beat up/ cracked, hanging on...tv remote had no back to it..door lock was broken.. outside area had leisure people just hinging around, lottering. A real unsafe environment..

Weird clientele

The interior of the room was clean and in good condition. A long as you only stay in your room you should be fine.

The clientele at this location were odd, at best, scary at worst. There was the barefoot teenage boy wearing a one-piece pajamas who was walking his geriatric beagle in a continuous loop around the building while it crapped all over the sidewalk. Then there was the guy who followed us down from his room wearing a ski mask. The wifi was also horrible to the point of being useless.

Bed bugs, I got bit. I advised the front desk staff about being woken up due to something crawling on me and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night. She said they will investigate it and IF any was found I would get a full refund. Needless to say I have not gotten said refund. The room also smelt like cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room.

The front desk lady was very friendly!

The area wasn’t good. The room was dirty and smelled so bad, we only stayed there for a night so we didn’t complain & just sucked it up. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not! The front desk lady was friendly though

the rooms smell like cigarette smoke even tho it says no smoking.

everything is close by to get food or groceries.

I dislike the property because the people being so loud outside drinking at the middle of the night. also people knocking on the doors in the middle of the night.

This location. And food choices

My ac unit didn't work. Smells like mold. Alot of kids here running around and playing near cars. It doesn't look like the picture. The price wasn't worth it.

The young lady at the front desk was excellent her name was China. she was smiling, cheerful, very helpful. she has the

people playing loud music across from our room at 10 pm.

I didn’t like the nasty lady at the front desk telling me with an attitude that they didn’t have my room and she doesn’t know how I was able to book it. Then booking refused to give me a refund saying that red roof said they had rooms available. This was a total rip off. Stay away from this hotel and booking.com.

Got to room after 9 pm, wanted to shower...1 towel for 3 of us so went back to front(cause there is no phone in room to call on) couldn't get any til morning!!!!! Really. Never did get any!!!!! The room, no garbage 🗑️ can, fridge has no shelves so you can't put hardly anything in there, bathroom room door bottom hinge is coming off, door hard to shut, no extra lock on door for security, it was broke off,. Pretty sad, feel we over paid here and want money back plz. Room #130
