Very clean, spacious room, and very comfortable.
The commode was very small and hard to get up from it.

The rate for what it is was great, it was clean and right off the main highway so a great location to visit Duncan. The rooms were simple and nothing was broken so the weekend stay was pleasant. Check in and check out went smoothly.
The only complaint I have with the place is the noisy guests at night, I was fortunate to have a room on the far side of the complex but these guys were throwing a party every night and it was pretty annoying come sleep time. I also think the vending machine could have had more selection for snacks.

The room was spacious and clean. They had a good tv and it was an ease to select channels and power the tv on. They have a working refrigerator and microwave. They were able to give me a wake-up call every morning. The place is quiet and the staff are welcoming.
The chairs were not only old, they were beginning to come apart. The chairs should have been replaced long ago. Now mind you, the inside chairs are clean, but even for the price of the room, they needed to be updated. There was an outside chair at the door and it looked like it went ten rounds with Tyson in his heyday. The toilet was an issue for me due to me being so tall, or it could be that the toilet was so small. Yes, it was a brand new toilet, however, it almost felt like it was made for a kid instead of an adult.

The rooms were affordable. The housekeeper was very nice. The beds were comfortable.
We booked 2 rooms. One was supposed to have a queen bed and be a smoking room. The other was supposed to be two double beds smoking. When we arrived we received two rooms. Both had 2 double beds and both were non smoking.
