Moonstone Landing

Excellent beds. The room was quite large and very comfortable. The fireplace heat worked well. The view was incomparable.

The toilet was very low to the ground, and a grab bar would have been helpful. Breakfast was disappointing: a somewhat rubbery hard boiled egg and some blah muffins. We expected hot scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage.

Great location! Our room on top floor ocean front was awesome... view, size & comfort were great. Loved having the dining table & 2 very comfy chairs in the room. Breakfast was minimal but all good, especially the Linn pastries & coffee.

Having electrical plugs on the night stands would have made the room perfect! Also more places in bathroom to put toiletries would have been helpful... although the bath was roomy & shower perfect. Makeup mirror was nice too.

Good location on the beach. We had a really squeaky door and they came to fix it when we requested that.

For the price I would have liked to have any sort of view or outside space, but we were on the first floor and our windows were either inside a hallway or in the parking lot. There’s no air flow without opening the windows so you’re basically just open to everyone walking down the hall or in the parking lot. NO AC so it’s just windows. There’s a hot tub but no pool and no real common outdoor space on the property except in the back of the building in the parking lot, so no where to even sit outside and see the water. The housekeeping was also a bit weird. They came the first morning and seemed to do the normal tidy, bed, towels, etc. but second day they clearly came in and did the towels but didn’t make the bed? I get it that not all hotels come everyday, it was just weird.
