This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting the area. It is more like an apartment than a hotel room which is great. Very spacious suite with separate bedroom, dining area, living room, fully stocked kitchen, balcony with chairs and table, etc. Large enough for a family and definitely spacious for a couple. Also, even though the hotel is on a main street, the rooms are well insulated because we heard no traffic while in the room. We also didn't hear other guests, which was a bonus.

The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were really awful. As a result, we had a bad night's sleep. If they upgraded those, the stay would have been perfect. They also should update the lighting, as it was a bit dark.

When I went to check in , I was told I called to cancel. I didn’t cancel, I called to see if I could check in early and was told the room wasn’t ready. He asked if I was sure& that he had a recording. I said a 10000 % sure& the recording was not from me.. waited a few minutes, got a text with a room # 107.. proceed to 107, the room was open & totally not ready.. there was food & empty liquor bottles everywhere.. i took a video. I called the # & said this room is not ready at all! Someone came out to take a look.. he went in and came out.. we waited about 5 minutes, got another text with a different room # , which was clean& ready..there was furniture & appliances outside of 1 unit, which was an eyesore
