It was conveniently located for our visit to Monticello. The property was clean and the parking was ample and free.
The only issue we had was that when we went down for breakfast, there was no coffee. We waited quite a while, about 20 minutes, but we had to move along with our plans.

The room was very big and pleasant.
The staff were exceptionally nice.
We had a very long power outage, following a storm. Despite the great inconvenience, the staff were very helpful and managed the situation well.
And we weren't charged for the night (rightfully so... but we didn't ask for it, and they gave it)
The windows don't open at all, not even for a little air to come in. This is an extremely troubling phenomenon in many many hotels.
But when you have a power out for over 24 hours, and can't open the window for air, it's simply very unhealthy.

Location and the amount of space
In room coffee was not restocked by cleaning staff

Location was good. Easy in and easy out.
Room was NOT clean. sofa bed had candy bar wrappers there when cushions were removed and after folding out bed there were chocolate crumbs all over the mattress. Clearly no one cleaned. breakfast with hashbrown paddies and sausage patties were over cooked, dry and chewy
