It was a good breakfast. They also have a nice dining area. They were quick to replace whatever meal that was getting low.
Overall, it was a great experience.
During check out, i waited for a long time for the lady at the counter who said she went to take care of something. However, she apologized when she returned.

Location was great. They did accomodate my rooming request.
There was a tapping sound ALL night. Different beats of tapping. All night. I think from the ice maker behind the wall of our room...maybe the HVAC? Room 215. It was bad. No sleep. I told the manager and he said he'd tell maintenance. I hope it helps the next guest but he certainly made no effort to make it right for me.
Also, the description and purchase was for two queen beds, but they were actually full beds. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The shower liner was falling off. There should be liners in the trashcan to protect guest privacy.
We've stayed in many Hyatts...this was disappointing.
