I enjoyed the room I stayed in, the beds were comfortable. The staff were welcoming and polite.
I absolutely did not like the hot tub. While you replaced the water in the hot tub, I feel that it wasn’t adequately cleaned. There was this film on top of the water. I believe the pool room needs a deep cleaning. My room bathroom floor was not as clean as I would have liked it to have been.
