Host was very informative and there was ways to easily contact host. Place was in a good location and very close to lots of fast food and restaurants. Lovely neighbourhood and safe, good for walks. I had privacy and comfort, my own space, fridge, cooker, all kitchen utensils provided. Bathroom had all items provided including soap and shampoo. Iron and ironing board etc. I really enjoyed my stay and wanted to extend however could not get an extension on my flight, would have loved to stay longer. I slept really well to as I came for family event back to back, every time I was in my room did not want to leave.
Everything was fantastic wanted to extend my stay but then could not get a resonable extention for my flight.

Location was ideal for mid town Atlanta, it is easily accessible from MARTA as well as to reach Georgia Institute of Technology. Nice leafy neighborhood with park closeby. It is a no frills, no hassles place.
The external passageway has bright light that is always on all night which is reflected into the bedroom. The fixtures in the bathroom are fragile and have to be used with care. Guests are expected to throw the trash out in the trash bin.

The place was very clean and quiet
The air conditioner could be better, but it was good for my 5 day stay.
