Kindly elderly gentleman, engaging and welcoming. Room was adequate and clean, but clearly aged. Location was perfect for our travel needs and obligations. "Breakfast" was sadly sparse consisting of bagel, jelly, coffee. We opted for McDonalds had McMuffins across the street.
