location was good--easy walk to Kokopelli Grille. Restaurant was excellent.

Microwave and refrigerator were well-maintained and sufficient for my purposes. Room was more spacious than expected. It was nice to have a table by the window, rather than just the one on the inside wall.
I got the harbor view as promised, but there were a few telephone poles and wires that were in the way. The mattress was quite firm, more firm than I like; it could take up to one hour plus before I was able to fall asleep. A short note/placard on how to bring up popular or local TV channels would have been helpful.

There was an unpleasant smell a few times.
