The price, size of room, and friendly staff.
The breakfast was pathetic. The pull out sofa bed had no bedding on it or anywhere in the room. I needed to use the extra bed at 3am and couldn't, even though that's the whole reason why I booked the extra bed.

Overall the facility was clean.
My shower tiles were loose and due to that was not real clean. Leftover residue and the stainless handles felt oily/chemicals.

The room was clean
The hot water was barely hot.
An elevator is down and has been for a while. Meaning the staff is using it in the morning and the staff is using it to transport their cleaning supplies while people are trying to go up and down the elevator to leave.
The breakfast was abysmal 10 out of 10 would not recommend we were staying there because it offered breakfast, but there was no breakfast really I’m not even sure how they can call that a breakfast. There was no juice offered. There was no meats no burritos no anything breakfast really besides boiled eggs possibly coffee, yogurt and packets for oatmeal I don’t think there was any milk for the oatmeal so that means that you had to use water. Which is gross.
And then on the fourth floor, they had somebody cleaning the elevator outside metal plate so going up and down. You had to see this person early morning cleaning the elevator portal all morning.
The cards have like a one use I kept it away from my phone. I kept it away from my cards. I put it in a totally separate pocket and it still kept deactivating. This happened to me and my friend we would get one started and then the next one was down it was a rotating card epidemic.
Most of the staff was awesome except for the lady that was there in the morning. She just had an attitude.
