Very affordable and nice to have a kitchen although you get no utensils or pots or pans unless you buy a set rendering it pretty much useless. The room was nice and clean and warm and elevator was quick.
That there are no kitchen supplies provided. Had I known that I probably would have stayed somewhere else.

Excellent location in the staff were very accommodating. It was very much a great value.
I understand the weather is an issue everywhere, the parking lot could’ve been cleaned a lot more of all the snow and ice

Convenient to what I needed to do on my trip
The room was in horrible maintenance condition. Lightbulbs were missing from two lamps. Handle a shower door fell off while I was using it. Toilet paper hanger was broken and not fixed. Hand towels completely missing. Bath towels, horribly small and old.
