This was my second stay at a Drury Hotel. Staff was exceptional. Tho under renovations, everything went well and rooms were comfortable. My only minor suggestion would be to figure out a way to keep the food warmer. The location was perfect for seeing Santa Fe.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
For this cost, the amenities should have been a bit nicer. I expected nicer bath products and there wasn’t even any body lotion or other bathroom products which are provided in most nice hotels. It just wasn’t a luxury experience which I expected. That’s why I said good instead of great.

The Facility - beautiful.
Kick-Back/Breakfast - amazing.
Roof Top Pool - phenomenal. (you have a killer view of Santa Fe from up there)
Staff - so kind & friendly.
The location is odd but its Santa Fe, everything is cramped and all together.

Super location just blocks from historic square and walking distance to historic sights, museums, shopping and restaurants. The included breakfast gave multiple choices to fit your own dietary preferences. Free happy hour was good for relaxing or a light and quick dinner (especially for a solo traveler). Front desk staff were very helpful.
Restaurant staff never picked up phone for an order for pick-up nor did they return call when message left. They stated phone system not working properly. I did report to front desk to resolve. Rug in my room was very old and torn by the door entry. I was told that it was scheduled to be replaced in next few weeks.
