Had lots of fun with good friends. We have stayed in your Villas before and no real problems

I thought breakfast was adequate. I had coffee and yogurt. I’ve stayed in places with better selections and also stayed in places with less selections, or no breakfast at all offered.

Main floor bathroom very dark and light bulb out but not a major dealbreaker, enjoyed coffee maker, kitchen towels, dish (and dishwasher) soaps. I understand your clientele….and appreciated what was provided..bed not real comfortable but have slept on worse in other hotels.

Great way to fully experience put n bay, especially when you combine your stay with activities around the island.

It was nice clean private with good cool security and with the recent remodeling it was very nice and felt fresh.

The jacuzzi jets did not work as promised.

Family 3 Day Getaway

The location was within walking distance to down town. The poolside bar and pool were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place for a quick getaway.

The breakfast wasn't the best no hot food, but it was convenient. The beds weren't the best, the box springs were extremely loud. The atmosphere is more of a party hotel, but that didn't bother us.

Wish I wouldn’t have spent so much money to stay here

The room was nice

Anyone under 21 was not allowed in. They check your ID, then band you but still won’t let underage get in which I find silly. We found bugs in our room so we had to be moved. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal. There are no lights outside at night so it’s very scary/dangerous.

Service at hotel gave us fresh towels each day did nothing with the bed no new sheets did not worry about the bed.

Staying on the island

Location. Clean. Updated.

The room had no microwave, phone, coffee pot, cups, not even at the sink. The bathroom sink was in the hall. It had no top to put anything on it. There were only 2 small drawers for storage. No closet. It was a bare essentials room for the cost. I've had suites for less cost per night.

We love Put in Bay but will not stay here again.

Free breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

Ice machine was not working. We were not left enough towels or toilet paper in our room. We had to go to the front desk to get more. No lights were on at the entrance to our building. It was very dark.

Location, staff and private shuttle to location

Value and size... was definitely not worth the price for an off season weekend. If you don't have access to all of the amenities available, lower the cost

Thanks for a great vacation day!

Nice Continental breakfast was available. The staff was the best that I have had any time on Put in Bay. That would be over 15 visits. Liked the access to golf carts from the hotel.

We were very satisfied. We were especially happy that we got an early check in. We only stayed on Thursday because the price of a room doubled on Friday.

Quick getaway to fun place

The proximity to town was great. Our room was away from the pool which was great due to the massive party happening in the pool area.

Web site shows family friendly with Pool. Went with kids ages 10, 14, 18, and 20 that were not allowed in pool. I would have never booked location nor payed the price knowing this. My kids love to swim.
