The staff at arrival was pleasant and helpful, very nice and explained the amenities and local area. The rooms were clean, the showers worked properly, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby area was inviting and the laundry facilities were a big plus.
There were smashed chips and debris on the floor in the lobby during the day for at least an hour. I believe any staff could have swept them up. The front entrance garbage always fills up quickly at every hotel during arrival and departure peak hours. A larger trash can or an 30 minute check by staff would remedy this problem.

Great location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly great and with many choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location as a base for exploring Everglades and Keys.
The property is massively understaffed for the volume of guests. Very long lines at breakfast, foods/coffee not refilled (only one staff member to handle the buffet), front desk not attended during typical check in hours (only one staff member covering two hotels adjacent to each other).
