I was very pleased with the property, everyone was kind! The place was very impressive
My only complaint was on my last night , which was a Friday. We were coming to the hotel from an event: and the person at the entrance told me that I couldn’t park valet due to it being overcrowded, he stated that I would have to park at the MGM self parking. It was a big inconvenience and I also had to pay for the 25 dollar parking, I felt if that was the case , I should have been reimbursed for the parking.

I loved the room the view was amazing and the complimentary valet service was so convenient. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I will most definitely book again.

Great location to the strip and very clean, love the cleanliness of the building and amenities were awesome
Our bed was horribly uncomfortable with a giant indent in the middle of the bed and our conditioner barely worked. During a heatwave weekend it was brutal sleeping
