This was an OK room at a facility very convenient to LAX, which is why we chose it. This is a HUGE hotel, be prepared to walk a while to get to your room but, once there, it's fine. LOVED the free shuttle to LAX in the morning, highly recommend checking in, then driving to turn in your rental car, take the shuttle back to the hotel and travel in the morning without the hassle of having to deal with the rental car and luggage.
I know they deal with a TON of people each day but the desk staff could not have been more robotic or less welcoming. The mini-split in the room was COLD, which will be fine for some but there need to be some extra covers for those of us who don't want to sleep in the icebox.
