Location. Cleanliness and Staff.
The new thermostat situation is AWFUL!! It was so hot at night! And it would not let us leave it running. Awful!!

The location and the comfort levels
The staff was rude, I booked a 2 rooms paid 587.90 for 2 rooms booked them together wasn’t even on the same floor and was told rude that I couldn’t get them together by front desk. At morning breakfast asked for more fruit was told that I should have got up earlier that they was all out it was 8:10 am I will never stay there again for the money I could have stayed next door and booked a suite where we could be in the same room
