Staff was friendly
Even though I booked my stay weeks prior, when I went to check in they had no record of my reservation. Seeing how I was in town for a concert and many places were fully booked because of it, this could have been a big issue. Especially getting a place last minute. Thankfully, they were able to make a reservation on the spot. However, I advise people to call ahead of time to confirm their booking to make sure and not have this surprise like I did.
