We’ve been here a few times ( summer & winter ) and it’s a beautiful property. We love the outdoor hot tubs & heated pool . This last trip we signed up for their event “Under the Buck Moon”

Clean, everything was close at the facility. Beds were comfortable. Staff nice
Room had no USB port. Eventually found the scan bar that was on the dresser that if you scanned, it would tell you about the place and facilities. Not everyone, especially older people like us, even think to do that we just knew we had no idea what they offered or anything until the next day. Then I noticed the scan bar on the dresser. Why can’t they have a physical binder in each room also for the older generation. Each room should also have pen and paper which it did not. And the front desk didn’t really explain much. I was a little confused on their directions about parking here but going to the south lobby. I ended up driving around to different parking lots at the top thinking that’s where it was until I finally realized it was literally right around the band in the same parking lot as the north towers entrance.
