Never again..,

Spacious bathroom

Our room wasn’t ready. Paid for a queen, they tried to give us 2 full size beds instead. He didn’t know which rooms were clean and ready for check in and had to go upstairs twice. Ended up in a room that was under construction and missing cabinet doors also the tv did not work!!!

On the way to final destination

We booked over 3 hours before we arrived, and when we booked it asked for a time to be there. Between 8p-9p is what we put. We arrived at 8:30p. Upon arrival they told us it would be 3 hours till our room was ready. We canceled our room and still charged us the cost of the room.

Very disappointing.

The location was good.

We did not have running water for 6 days and were sent to another hotel for 2 days. The elevator constantly stunk and there was trash all around the parking lot. We also found roaches in our room. Also, when we booked it online, the picture showed hardwood floors in the room. It turned out to be carpet, which was bad for our dog.

My grade is a strong C-, D+ when the water isn't working

There is no traffic on my 10 mile drive to work and the price, also being close to Publix, Kroger, and Wal-Mart

There is no breakfast, let alone free coffee. My biggest complaint is the odors of cigarette/marijuana smoke indoors, 3 times they shut off the water for more than 8 hours, road noise from the nearby highway I-575, internet keeps cutting off! A person also got shot at in the parking lot one night.

Overall quite nice, fantastic city, fantastic location, but small things can be improved.

I liked the kitchenette, as it made it so we could eat at-home cooking easily. The hot water and shower / bath was fantastic. The room itself was nice and clean. The laundry room was modernized and very good price.

The stove is a bit finicky, but for a week stay it wasn't any big issue. We had to tell the front desk person multiple times that there was pee in one of the stairwells, and by the time they got to it, the whole stairwell smelled terrible. We just avoided it after that. Not their fault there was pee, but it was their responsibility to clean it. Everything else was great.

The place was so dirty and roach infested that we left.

The facility was filthy. The floors were dirty, in the hallway in the room. The place is also infested with roaches. A true roach motel. Great price, but definitely not worth the money if bugs bother you. Stay clear of this place.

This hotel needs to be renovated from top to bottom with new flooring. It needs new management that will see to it that the facility is maintained and kept clean.

Tiffanys stay

I like everything about this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you need something they get it to you right then or as quickly as they can. They don't bother you in the am knocking on the door for room service. They allow you to clean your own room with their cleaning items; which makes you feel more at home since more than likely if you are staying here you are living here so you want to feel more homey than hotel. I hung up all my fall and Halloween decorations and its like a studio apartment that's how I am looking at it. Even though you are living here they still provide you with linen's toliet paper etc. We will be here for a while.

It says they are pet friendly but they are only dog friendly. No cats. I called up here and asked if they allowed cats and he said yes. Luckily my mom pulled up their website and it stated no cats. Thank God bc I drove almost 2 hrs here and would have had to find somewhere for them to stay. That needs to be on booking and all other websites that it's dogs only.

Don’t stay here

I was traveling with my 9 year old. We got there at 11:30 pm and the second shift staff person had left already. We waited while trying to call someone to see what we can do. Once the third shift person got there she informed us that there were no rooms clean and someone should of called us. She was very nice, but then also said this area is very unsafe. Break ins in your room and car, there was a stabbing and a woman died. I decided I wasn’t staying there with a 9 year old and we drove straight through to Florida.
