Could not beat the location. Perfect for a trip where we were shuttling between Southampton and Montauk.
We really liked our unit which was right on the beach on the first floor. But we found that in our unit, the doors and windows were very difficult to close and open, which made us worry about Emergency exiting.

The room is a very large suite.
You arrive on time, with no one in the office, and your name pinned on a small envelope with a map that is impossible to read, and no idea where the room is. It took 30 minutes with several tries to finally locate the correct room. You cannot really see the ocean from the room, though you can hear it.
